WRONGFUL DISMISSAL

An employee is entitled
to reasonable notice of termination or salary in lieu of termination.
In other words, while your employer has the right to terminate you,
your employer must provide you with advance notice of your
termination. If no advance notice of termination is provided, the employer must pay you
salary during your notice period. |

An employee's length of notice will vary with the nature of the job, the
length of service, the location of the employment, the type of
responsibilities, the marketplace for that type of employment and other
matters. |

In addition to salary, an employee may be entitled to a retraining
